RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Wonder Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

• Notify us within 3 days of delivery

• Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Return shipping charges for such cases will be borne by Wonder Store.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received

• Be returned in its original packaging

• Include all accessories, tags, and contents received with the product

Return Window

Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• We will notify you regarding approval of the refund

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Refunds are generally processed within 5 working days after approval

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Exchanges

If a replacement is preferred for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

• Used products

• Requests made after the return period

• Products returned without original packaging

• Minor variations in color or appearance caused by screen/display settings
